Baby Massage 101 is an extensive workshop exploring the basics of therapeutic massage techniques gently designed for babies. Version 1.0 features over 30 HD tutorial videos of demonstration, covering baby massage from head to toe

Research has shown therapeutic skin-to-skin connections help babies get off to a great start in their early development, and massage is a wonderful gateway for parents and children to communicate and bond through skin-to-skin contact -- nurturing the psychological, physiological, and developmental growth of the baby in the process

Features 1080p HD videos filmed with higher frames rates for extra detail, with sections of video slowed down so each massage stroke can be focused in more detail.

Demonstrations of the massage techniques explore the following parts of the body in the following sequence: Face, Arms, Hands, Shoulders, Back (whilst baby is laying on Back, and whilst baby is laying on stomach), Hips, Legs, Tummy, and Feet. Also featured are stomach massages that may be therapeutic for expelling stuck air through the body and regulating digestion.
